  • Do I need a doctor's referral?
No, you don’t need a doctor’s referral to see us. Our practitioners are primary contact healthcare professionals, meaning you can book an appointment directly. We can assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions, including pain and injuries related to muscles, joints, and nerves. If your case requires further medical evaluation, we’ll guide you on the next steps.
  • Are visits covered by insurance?
Our services are partially covered by most health insurance plans and are also able to be charged to health spending accounts (HSAs). After your appointment, you will be provided with a receipt which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Coverage varies depending on your personal insurance policy, so please check with your insurance provider for specific details.
  • Do you only work with athletes?
No, you don’t have to be an athlete to work with us. While we love working with athletes, we're here to help anyone looking to move better and live without pain. Whether you're highly active or spend more time behind a desk, we customize your care to suit your specific goals and needs. No matter what your lifestyle is, we want to help you feel better in your body so you can live pain-free and enjoy your everyday activities.
  • What should I wear to my appointment?
For some treatments, we may need access to your shoulders, knees, and back. To make this easier, please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. Gym wear, like tank tops and shorts, is ideal for most treatments.
  • Do I have to get my back cracked or adjusted?
No, that is not necessary if you are not comfortable with it. If we think spinal manipulation will benefit you, we may offer it to you, but we would never force a patient to do any form of treatment that they are uncomfortable with. There are many alternatives available if you are uncomfortable with adjustments/cracking.
